How do we charge?
Managed service packages include all of the managed services listed in our service offerings for a monthly cost based on the number of users and endpoints.
The user count is defined by the number of your employees under Bit9 IT support and the endpoint count is defined by the number of workstations, laptops, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, etc under Bit9 IT management.
Identifying the right
package size
The largest count between user and endpoint will be used to determine the appropriate level of support needed to effectively deliver the managed services.
For example, if you have between 10 to 25 employees and 30 to 50 endpoints, you would subscribe to the Bit size package.
Looking for on-demand support versus a monthly subscription?
Similar to the customized solutions & support charging model, we can also establish a set of hours that can be used to assist your business with any of your IT needs that fall within our scope of offerings. This engagement can be on-demand and on an hourly basis.
